TCFE EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIPS IMPORTANT POINTS FOR COMPETITORS & OFFICIALS

1. Registration, tuishou weigh-in & payment are from 1200-2100 on Fri, Dec 10. Competitors and judges/referees will receive a competition card. Those who have made other arrangements with the organisers must pick up their cards from the TCFE Office at 0900 on Sat 11^th at the latest. The card gives right of entry & right to compete.
   
   
2. Payment for workshops is in cash in advance. £10/€15.
   
   
3. In Hand Form events, normally there will be 2 competitors performing at the same time. Where the event is a final of 3 competitors, 1 will perform at a time. In Weapon Form events, 1 will perform at a time.
   
   
4. Saturday will mainly be elimination rounds down to last 4 competitors in each tuishou event and to last 3 in forms. There will also be a few finals on the Saturday, Please check the website timetable.
   
   
5. Team leaders please note that if the organisers find that the right to appeal is being abused, this right will be removed and the officials’ decision will be final. We don’t want to do this, but if time is deliberately being wasted, we will do it.
   
   
6. On Saturday, T shirts will only be sold to people who reserved them. On Sunday the remaining T shirts will be available for all.
   
   
7. Buffet & disco will be from 1900 on Saturday at the leisure centre. If you have not already booked you will not be able to attend. Payment is £20/25€ per person, cash at the door.
   
   
8. Spectator tickets are available for Saturday & Sunday at the door, £9 (£5 students). Everyone except competitors, TCFE officials & team leaders (only 1 per team) will need a ticket.
   
   
9. If there is any problem, such as late arrival, pl. notify tournament director direct on 0044 7721 867 682.
