Guidelines for Competitors and Officials

Entry Forms:

· Each competitor may enter a maximum of 6 events.

· For group events there can be a maximum of three persons in a group.

· The entry cost for 1 event will be £20; each additional event will cost £12.

· Competitors must send their Entry forms to TCFE member organisations for submission.

· British Competitors to send their forms with payment directly to: RC Enterprises, 9 Ashfield Road, Southgate, London N14 7LA, United Kingdom (see below for payment details)

· For all other member organisations all entry forms must be on or before November 15^th2010 sent by email to the organisers at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

Note: All returns from Organisations will be acknowledged. If your organisation does not receive a confirmation email within 8 days please contact the competition team to confirm receipt.

Non Eu Competitors and Officials:
Competitors and officials requiring a letter of invitation are asked to provide the following information when contacting the organiser:

· Name:

· Address:

· Date of Birth:

· Passport Number:

· Date Passport issued:

· Name of Organisation:

· Please specify whether a competitor or official.

Payment Methods:

Foreign Competitors:

· All payments from foreign competitors for entries, t shirts and party must be made on 10^th December 2010 at the registration office, Blackbird Leys leisure Centre.

· Payments must be in £ sterling or euro equivalent in cash. Cheques, cards etc will not be accepted. (For competitors paying in Euros, the exchange rate will be provided on Registration Day).

British Competitors:

· All British competitors must pay their entries in advance by cheque or postal order by November 15^th. Cheques/Postal orders to be made payable to RC Enterprises, and sent with Entry Form to 9 Ashfield Road, Southgate, London, N14 7LA, United Kingdom.

Registration:

· All competitors, judges and officials must register and receive their official credentials at the TCFE admin office at the sports centre, which will be open from 12 noon until 21:00 hours on Friday December 10th only.
